Rich? Earthy? Sweet? Spicy? Yes. This mole negro flavour pork sausage has a large tapestry of flavours including dark cocoa, ancho chile, cumin, garlic, cinnamon, peanut, chopped raisin, and so many more.

Recommended Side Dish Accompaniment: This is also a great option for any Mexican fare like enchiladas, burritos, tostadas. Basically any variation of corn, beans, light cheese, rice, cilantro, tomato, onion, etc.

Recommended Drink Pairing: As they famously say in Oaxaca "Para todo mal, mezcal, para todo bien, también" (For everything bad, mezcal; for everything good, the same). If you can't rustle up some good mezcal, a decent reposado tequila will work as well.
