Here we have a Greek Loukaniko style sausage for those who want to get in touch with their Hellenic side. The flavour profile on this one is pretty straightforward. Orange, fennel/anise and garlic are the holy trinity when it comes to this recipe, and we're not about to anger the gods by deviating!

Suggested Drink Pairings: A couple options here. An off-dry Muscat would be nice, but if you prefer dry wine go for a riesling. An Ouzo lemonade would be great too (from thespruceeats.com):
