Sonobee Hills is a local apiculture practice producing small-batch raw and infused honeys. Our products invite you to share in the moments of our seasons—the blooms, rains, and tos and fros that make up the story and terroir of each harvest.
Every jar is unique. Seasonal harvests of raw honeys range from bright, delicate summer blossoms to the darker, bolder autumn flows. We make infusions using ingredients grown and foraged on our farm, reflecting generations of practical, beautiful, and honest home-based culinary traditions.
We raise our bees in Mono, ON, about an hour north of Toronto at the headwaters of the Humber River, serving the GTA, Dufferin County, and surrounding areas. We’re guided by an adage that tends to float around apiculture: “If you take care of your bees, they’ll take care of you.” We offer our honeys and hive products to our communities as a way to participate in that cycle of care.
