We're delighted to be able to offer hot sauces from Damien's Sauces, a local, artisanal (and hilarious) condiment maker we're close with. They have three amazing flavours. Try them all and become one with the universe.

HOTEL OSCAR TANGO: Crafted from mango, habaneros,
vinegar, garlic & herbs. Savour it on pizza, eggs, or anything grilled. Off fingers or thighs. In soups and stews. Habaneros go really well with tomatoes and/or everything.

garlic, porcinis, honey & herbs. If you're looking to add depth to any meal, then look no further. This sauce is deeper than that famous philosopher person you sometimes quote.
GENERAL RULES TO LIVE BY: Each sauce can be mixed with other condiments if you’re into spectacular things. Dip fries or chips into mayo with Lima Zulu.
