This sausage is a twist on the classic Chinese/Taiwanese 'gaifan' dish Yu Rou Fan, a soy sauce braised pork with 5 Spice blend. There's a hint of orange in there as well and a touch of sweetness.
(100% pork. Gluten-free soy sauce was used. Contains onion and garlic.)
Suggested Side Dish: Try it with stir fry on white rice, or in chop it up and add it to a bowl of ramen! Also makes amazing wonton filling.
Suggested Drink Pairing: Beaujolais; or a saison/low IBU IPA beer.
